Things That The People Should Reasonably Demand From Governments

All government proceedings, except those involving the highest levels
of secrecy for national security, shall be open to the public.

Sunset Laws
Most laws, with the exception of high crimes, shall expire automatically after a period
of 5 years from the date they were passed, unless reconsidered and renewed.

"NOTA: None Of The Above"
The choice of "NOTA; None Of The Above", shall appear on all election ballots, and if
this choice receives a majority of votes, all the candidates who were on the same
ballot shall be disqualified and the election shall be held again with new candidates.

“It will be of little avail to people that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if
the laws be so volumnous that they cannot be understood; or if they be repealed or
revised before they are promulgated , or undergo such incessant changes that no
man knows what it will be tomorrow… Frequent changes give an unreasonable
advantage to the sagacious, enterprising, and moneyed few, over the industrious and
uninformed masses of the people.” – James Madison

Single Topic Laws
All laws shall consist of a single topic per the law being considered and passed.

Every law should pass constitutional muster before it is put into force, not afterwards
when it can be a long and expensive process to try to get a law ruled unconstitutional,
a process that frequently unjustly fails.

The people who would be most interested in this project would likely be Objectivists ( the Objectivism of Ayn Rand ), libertarians, Jeffersonians
( people interested in the individual rights oriented philosophy of Thomas Jefferson ) or classic Conservatives and various other individualists -
people interested in individualism as opposed to coercive collectivism.
