The Potential For The Strategic Use Of Weather Manipulation

Those who have read and understood the book, "The Planetary Bill of Rights Project", may have also come to understand that, as long as we live in a world full of forced-collectivist governments, we will constantly face battles against those who would rule us. Such is the nature of forced-collectivism.
In ancient times people would be ruled by kings, then democracy came along and established mob rule, where people can form mobs and use "majority rule" to take the lives, property and freedoms of others.
This was one of the reasons that the Planetary Bill of Rights Project was written and is being started as a project, to try to explain the philosophy of freedom, so people might evolve past mob rule in its various forms. But until then, this is what we have and this is all that most people know and understand.
Recently it's been theorized that globalists, including many who hate the United States, may have collaborated independently to cause the crash of 2008, and that it may be a continuing agenda. This is being told about in a new book, "Secret Weapon: How Economic Terrorism Brought Down the U.S. Stock Market and Why It can Happen Again", by Kevin D. Freeman.
There are not only nations with globalist socialist agendas, but even individuals like George Soros, who is considered an international financial terrorist, has been accused of collapsing the currencies of several nations for massive profits, and who apparently has a one-world globalist socialist agenda that he calls the "Open Society Institute".
Some nations have had long standing social philosophies aimed at national superiority and world domination, and we've heard that some even think in terms of hundred year plans and five hundred year plans.
It seems that the economic warfare strategy of 2008 may have been involved with that, and may have also involved characters like the islamists and Osama Bin Laden.
This all needs to be exposed in detail if it's true, and it appeats that Freeman's book is one of the first attempts to do that. At the very least, those in the media who only have truth as their agendas, should certainly keep an eye on this kind of thing. It needs to be exposed and warded off, so that it doesn't wind up collapsing the global economy towards an agenda of globalist socialism which could literally bring us a "1984" scenario on a global scale.
In fact one of the reasons that the Planetary Bill of Rights Project was written and is looking for funding to become a worldwide project, is to become the antithesis of that kind of agenda.
I've never bought into the theory of "man-made" climate change, and it always seems to be connected with the political agenda of massive Marxist redistribution of wealth type schemes ( again, globalist socialism ) and getting government funding for fat cat weather researchers.
But years ago, I worked in the field of research and development ( R & D ) and actually had some ideas about how humans might start to manipulate the weather, with the purpose of breaking up some of these endless cycles of drought that plague parts of the world, while other parts can be flooded, all at the mercy of natural phenomenon like El Nino, La Nina and sunspot cycles.
Back when I first started thinking of weather manipulation, though, it was more along the lines of gaining control of the undersea currents like the Gulf Stream in the Atlantic and the Japanese Current in the Pacific. In the case of the Gulf Stream, I theorized that because it originates in relatively shallow water near the tip of Florida, perhaps massive undersea control gates could be built within it, and used to change its course ever so slightly, to try to experiment with bringing rain to regions stricken by drought, and perhaps drying out regions flooded by too much rain.
There's also the potential to manipulate weather for the purpose of breaking up hurricanes before they make landfall and cause massive destruction and potentially loss of life.
But such things could prove to be tricky, perhaps dangerous, and might be best researched using computer modeling, well in advance of any such attempts.
The reason I'm bringing this up though, is just to stimulate awareness and thinking, because if I can think up things like this, so can the powers that have hundred and five hundred year plans for potential world domination. So it's something that I just think people should be aware of and keep in mind, so we can stay vigilant and not be caught off guard like it seems we were in 2008 when we were apparently struck by economic warfare, by an array of forces with power-seeking agendas, from all around the world.
In the meantime, I think we should strive for educating the people of this world to the ever-growing dangers of forced-collectivism, and how we might phase out such systems of rule, doing away with the slavery of the ages, in favor of inalienable individual rights and personal freedom, which would bring about peace and prosperity on a global scale, rather than these attempts at world domination.
